Evening Chai & Naasta: A beloved ritual for many in India to relax and unwind after a busy day.

You're invited to continue this tradition with us at 4 Seasons Chaat House! Join us on a cold winter day to savor a hot cup of authentic tea and indulge in delicious snacks, all while making valuable connections with fellow business professionals in our community.

This event is a sequel to our previous event, Voices for a Safer Community, held in October 2025, which focused on public safety in New Westminster and its impact on the business community. As a Chamber, we remain committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where business owners and community members can come together to share experiences, address challenges, and collaborate on solutions that foster a thriving and secure environment for all.

Steve Kooner
MLA for Richmond-Queensborough

Steve Kooner is the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Richmond-Queensborough and serves as British Columbia’s Official Opposition Critic for the Attorney General.
 
Steve is also a lawyer who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Calgary. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. Throughout his legal career, Steve has mentored numerous aspiring lawyers and has served as principal to several articled students through the Law Society of British Columbia’s Admissions Program.

Members of the New Westminster Police Department and the City's Crisis Pilot Project will also be in attendance to offer businesses the opportunity to sign up for a business safety audit.
