About

The Odihi Foundation is an empowering and resourceful group dedicated to supporting the advancement of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) women and girls globally. With a mission to nurture their empowerment, Odihi strives to equip them with the essential skills to pursue their dream careers fearlessly. By fostering an all-in-one supportive network and community enriched with positive role models and free resources, Odihi aims to enable BIPOC women and girls to lead unapologetically bold lives.

The primary focus of Odihi is to create abundant career opportunities and offer free access to educational resources for BIPOC women and girls, both locally and internationally. Aligned with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals, especially goals 3, 4, 5, and 8, Odihi's vision is to provide these individuals with the necessary guidance, mental health support, and educational tools they need to succeed in life.

Central to their mission is leadership training and capacity-building initiatives conducted through workshops, mentorships, and community programs. Additionally, Odihi facilitates employment opportunities, summer jobs for students and secures apprenticeships and work placements to offer practical experience and insights in their respective fields.

Through fostering connections and building networks, Odihi empowers BIPOC women and girls to strengthen their mindsets, self-belief, and personal growth. By providing access to educational resources and training, Odihi aims to cultivate confident, self-motivated innovators and global change-makers among BIPOC women and girls, empowering them to tap into their greatness and achieve their full potential.
